I’m Jeremiah Headley, founder of L.A. Pay Solutions.
Before I ever called myself a bookkeeper, I was one without knowing it. I kept my own budgets down to the detail, tracked every dollar of my own numbers long before it was a job. That habit turned into a skill, and that skill turned into a career.
It started for real in high school, when I volunteered to untangle a small IT company’s books because nobody else wanted to touch it. Turns out I liked the mess. I liked fixing what other people avoided.
That turned into a career. I’m a Certified Public Bookkeeper and Certified Payroll Specialist through NACPB. I studied Business Administration with an accounting focus at El Camino and Allan Hancock, then finished a Sociology degree at Northern Arizona University with that same accounting minor. But the real education came after, running payroll for a company with nearly 400 employees, where every paycheck was somebody’s rent, somebody’s groceries, somebody’s kid’s tuition. Accuracy wasn’t optional. I made sure owners never had to wonder if payroll got handled right, so they could just run their business.
Over the years, that same attention to detail has uncovered more than $100,000 in taxable deductions clients didn’t know they had, saved clients over $50,000 in payroll tax filings, and helped move more than $10,000,000 in payroll to families who depend on it.
I work across every major payroll system, QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Paylocity, UKG, Workday, whatever you’re already using. I speak English and Spanish, so I can work directly with your team, not just your management.

I built this company from nothing, no investors, no shortcuts, because I wanted to build something that actually puts honesty and accuracy first.
